Available
Altered Modalities offers unique
performances year round for
concerts, festivals, lecture
demonstrations for elementary
through college, master classes,
and residencies.
Master classes and choreography
by Director/Choreographer,
Martha Kelly-Fierro, are to be
negotiated and contracted
separately from Altered
Modalities, as a company.
Programs including lecture
demonstrations and residencies
can be designed according to
presenter’s needs and fees will
be negotiated accordingly.
Availability
Altered Modalities touring
company consists of Artistic
Director and 6-10 dancers and is
available year round for
corporate events, concerts,
festivals, residencies, and
master classes.
Accomodations & Hospitality
Approximately 4-6 hotel rooms
will be necessary, depending on
the number of company members
performing and additional help
attending particular venue.
Presenter will provide meal
accommodations for company as
specified in technical rider.
Presenter must provide a clean
and safe rehearsal space for the
company to rehearse and warm-up
in on day of performance and if
time allows, the day prior to
the performance. This will
depend on the contracted
schedule with each presenter
including residencies and
community
lectures/demonstrations.
Adequate dressing room space
will be necessary at theater or
place of performance for
dancers. Two rooms will be
necessary if male dancers are
traveling with females to the
presenter’s venue.
Transportation
The
presenter arranges and pays for
round trip transportation for
entire company traveling from
Fresno, CA to host city. This
includes transportation to and
from airport, hotel, rehearsal
space (if needed), and
performance venue.
Physical Requirements
Altered Modalities requires a
stage area of at least 30’ by
30’. Stage size may vary for
outdoor performances. The
company also requires a floated
wood floor, preferably covered
with marley, at performance
site. Presenter will provide
necessary lighting, sound
equipment, and personnel
necessary for their use.
